Mountain Peaks Resort Realty ULC is a licensed brokerage specializing in Year-Round rentals in Whistler. Our goal is to make our clients happy. We help property owners maximize the returns on their investments, and ensure their tenants are happy. It is our job to make sure that your property is well-managed so it will attract and retain tenants.

At Mountain Peaks Resort Realty ULC we also offer full Strata Property Management Services with a real hands on approach. Our licensed agents work closely with Strata Councils to ensure the best possible service for your individual needs.

We have been successfully offering both Rental and Strata services in Whistler since 2012 with our Licensed Managing Broker Ian Reith.

As signed below and with in accordance with BC Provincial Laws and specifically the Privacy Act of January 1, 2005, I agree that Whistler Premier and its employees are authorized to:
• carry out credit searches and reference checks and to contact employers, banks, referees, guarantors (all as listed above) and credit reference agencies.
I understand that I can request the details of any credit reference agencies used so that I can verify with them the information provided. I understand that if I default on my tenancy obligations, this information may be released to authorized debt recovery agencies and could affect any future applications I make for tenancies, credit and insurance. Completing this form does not commit the prospective tenant or landlord to a tenancy. A shared or single tenancy will not be created until all applicants have been qualified and have signed the tenancy agreement. I can confirm that I have read the above and have raised any concerns with the landlord or agent. Prospective tenants should be aware that any false statement made could result in early termination of the tenancy under grounds of the Residential Tenancy Act of BC.
